Included in a Semi-Furnished Property
Basic kitchen furniture
LP gas or electric cooker
Refrigerator and washing machine
Beds / bunk beds with mattresses
Sofa in the living room
Dining table and chairs
Toyu heaters (for winter heating)
Not Included:
- Kitchen appliances and equipment (e.g., frying pans, dishes, utensils, cups)
- Vacuum cleaner, rice cooker
- Television
- Bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows)
- Internet hardware or contract — the tenant must arrange and pay for their own internet access
Tenant Responsibilities
When renting a semi-furnished unit, please note the following:
Heaters must be cleaned regularly: at least once a month during use and before the start of each winter seasonThis is essential to prevent malfunction or damage due to dust buildup.
If any included items stop working, the tenant is responsible for repairing or replacing, and disposing of the broken items.
